Billy was born into rescue. All his brothers and sisters went home. He had an eye issue but he seems to be doing fine now. It does not look like he is going to need surgery. He is a fun loving little guy full of adventure and loves human attention. He loves to play with cats and dogs both. He has had all his shots. He does still need to be neutered.
